I know every one makes a taco salad. But, I like mine more salad and less meat. So It needs a dressing. A lime vinaigrette!

1 Tsp lime zest

3 1/2 Tbls lime juice

1 Tbls honey

1/4 Tsp salt

1/4 Tsp pepper

1/2 Tsp cumin

2 Tbls chopped cilantro

1/4 Cup olive oil

Whisk all of the ingredients together except the oil. Add the oil in last whisking to bring it together
