Fried Green Tomato Crab Cake Stack

If you like fried green tomatoes this will leave you speechless! I coat them in flour and then in a mixture of buttermilk and hot sauce and then into a mixture of cornmeal, flour, and creole seasoning. Shallow fry in canola. I topped the tomato with a crab cake and topped that with micro greens and remoulade sauce. Well it’s obvious this is mostly southern girl and a bit sophisticated.
