Copy Cat Spinach and Artichoke Breakfast Souffle

I love to get these from Panera.

The recipe page is for ham and cheese. In the ingredients list swap 1/3 cup of spinach and artichoke dip for the ham,1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese for the shredded gouda and provolone slices for the 4 Tbls of gouda. I put the egg mixture in the pastry I put a Tbls of spinach and artichoke dip in the center of each pastry and top with a slice of provolone and fold over the pastry edges.
