Drunken Chile Con Carne Tacos

I did not want to wait 2 hours for the meat to cook on a week night. I made the adobe sauce the night before and chopped my onion. In the am I browned the beef and put that in the slow cooker then followed the recipe for the sauce and poured that over the beef and cooked it on low for 8 hours. I took the beef out and shredded it. I put the beef and the sauce in a pan and added the chocolate and a dash of cinnamon and simmered. This is soo good!
