Santa brought a new air fryer a day early. Empanadas and mushrooms were air fried. When I make picadillo there is always extra. This time I froze it. Defrosted picadillo and I used a store bought pie crust and made my empanadas. A ziploc bag with flour, salt and lemon pepper breaded my mushrooms. A little brie with some major grey’s chutney over the top on a crispy little toast. Rounded off with an oven roasted shrimp with a spicy cocktail sauce.
