Pecan Crusted Pork Chops with Apple Chutney and Braised Cabbage with Butternut Squash, Walnuts and Blue Cheese

This screams fall to me. This is the best pecan crusted pork chop that I have ever made. The coating sticks really well. I braised the cabbage, squash and some dried cranberries in chicken stock, cider vinegar, maple syrup and dijon mustard and topped it with toasted walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.
