
This slow cooker recipe is great. Lots of leftovers to make an enchilada casserole in the next few days. I did not use boneless breast. I find they tend to dry out. I used 2 large bone-in breast with the skin removed and cooked it 6 hours on low. Fantastic smokey chicken good for a lot of things. These tacos were amazing.
