
I so did not follow the recipe. This an old Fine Cooking magazine recipe. I found this in one of my best of Fine Cooking cookbooks. I had a hard time finding it online, but I did. I am not a fish eater, therefor I pan fried the fish and used all of the citrus components as a fresh salad on top.
