Roasted Greek Chicken and Potatoes in Lemon-Oregano Vinaigrette

Once again I deviated from the recipe. I used bone in breast instead of a whole chicken. I added feta and kalamata olives to the dressing. I dressed my sauteed green beans with it as well and added toasted almonds.
