Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potato Braise/Saute

I don’t want to call this a hash. Some might, but I see it differently. First I used some steam in the bag potatoes and cooked 1/2 the time the directions call for. When they were cool I sliced them . I started with some bacon fat and a little butter, Da what is not to love? I added some onion on low and cooked them until tender. I added a small sliced cabbage and some diced corned beef from the deli. I added in the potatoes and some mild beer ( I used Stella Artois). I put a lid on and simmered for 30 minutes. I took some worcestershire sauce, spicy brown mustard, a little honey, a little of the beer, a dash or 2 of hot sauce, cider vinegar and some salt and pepper and whisked that together and poured that over the saute and simmered stirring until the liquid has cooked off and things start to brown. This a Scotch/Irish masterpiece!
