This a version of a chicken pot pie. It was not as saucy as I would like. I added a package of sauteed mushrooms and some poultry seasoning. I will make this again but maybe make a gravy instead of the egg and milk. I like the use of the spring form pan, i put a piece of parchment on the bottom.
