I only use iceberg lettuce for 1 thing, a poboy. So I had this lettuce in the fridge and didn’t want to throw it out. I love the flavors in a wedge salad, but it’s a pain to eat. So I I chopped the lettuce, sprinkled on, bacon, chives, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Added some ranch dressing and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. This was some salad!
