Brothy Chinese Noodles

I love this recipe. I play with it every time I make it. This time I used a half a head of green cabbage that I had in the fridge instead of buying book choy. And then I proceeded to clean out my vegetable drawer. I chopped a mushroom, red pepper, poblano pepper, and some matchstick carrots. I spiced up the broth with a little gochujang . Add in all of the fresh garnished from the recipe and you have a perfect bowl of noodles.
