
This turned out better this time. It tasted good, but it didn’t hold together when I cut it last time. I as always tweaked the recipe. I used Simply brand pre-made mashed potatoes, I added the eggs and some parmesan. I sauteed some cooked and drained chopped frozen spinach with some onion then added parmesan and a little cream.
