
This soup was so creamy. I have not used sweet potatoes in a pureed soup before. I make a butternut squash soup, but the sweet potatoes are sweeter. I used bacon instead of pancetta, for some spice I added a little cumin, for heat and a little smoke I added some chipotle chili powder, I added a little heavy cream. I found the soup needed a little acid so I added a little sherry vinegar.
