Grilled Thai Chicken Breasts with Herb-Lemongrass Crust with Thai Slaw Salad

This meal was so fresh. The marinate for the chicken is perfect. I have my own version of Thai slaw, but I do use the dressing from this recipe. I use slaw from a bag and added more match stick carrots, green onion, diced red bell pepper and cilantro. I top it with chopped cashews and rice noodles.
